Eurotek spiral freezer
For a new customer in Iran, active in the meat processing industry (slaughter houses), Comron International BV got the order to deliver a completely overhauled Eurotek spiral freezer -which was built up entirely in our warehouse- to deep-freeze ± 4000 kg whole chicken. The opted freeze installation was a Gram ammonia (NH3) compressor installation, year 2000, with a cooling capacity of 550kW at -40°/+35°C, consisting of two Gram screw compressors type GSV-11-147 with each a 280 kW AAB E-motor , switch box with Siemens PLC, 5 m3 low pressure separator, high pressure tank 750 L., Baltimore evaporative condenser type VXC S403 and the necessary valves.
Furthermore Comron International BV was asked to deliver for the same customer in another factory an ammonia/NH3 Howden pump freeze installation of 330 kW at -40°/+35°C, year 2006, equipped with two Howden screw compressors, 1x type WRV 163-145-50 with 110kW E-motor and 1x type WRV 204-193-50 with 200kW E-motor, switch box with Siemens PLC controller, 4,5 m3 low pressure separator, one high pressure tank, a Baltimore evaporating condenser VXC 250 and the necessary valves.
