Used, complete Frigoscandia spiral freezer with NH3 industrial Sabroe FrigoPak freeze-pump installation
In the beginning of 2013 Comron International got the order from a manufacturer of food products from India, who is active in the field of vegetarian food products, to deliver an Frigoscandia spiral freezer with matching Sabroe FrigoPak NH3 freeze-pump installation. The Frigoscandia spiral freezer type GCM-76-0824-22-NS-ADF, with a freeze capacity of about 2000kg/h is built up completely at Comron in the factory and overhauled. The matching NH3 freeze-pump installation consists of a 20ft container in which is built: a Sabroe 202SM screw package with eco tank, switch-board, Unisab II controller and separately delivered 6 m³ surge drum, with the possibility to place another extra compressor in the future, 2x NH3 liquid pumps, high pressure tank with Evapco evaporative condenser, new electric wire diagrams and P&ID. The installation was designed in such a way that the customer could easily install the industrial refrigeration installation and spiral freezer together with a local contractor under supervision of Comron. The installatie was taken into production in October 2013.
