Delivery of an used ICS spiral freezer with the matching Bitzer/Goedhart freezing installation
In mid- 2020, Comron International got the order from a well-known German manufacturer of desserts for delivery of an used ICS spiral freezer type ICS/F2.2-660-21/100 with the matching Bitzer/Goedhart freezing installation (year of manufacture 2012) with a capacity of 141kW at evaporating temp. of +36°C and condensation temp. of +35°C.
In the facility of Comron International, the ICS spiral freezer with the freeze capacity of 1.100kg/h was built up completely, checked for defects, drive mechanism supplied with new oil and the control box equipped with Siemens S7 PLC/touchscreen.
The matching Bitzer/Goedhart freezing installation consisted of on a frame built 2 pieces Bitzer screw compressors type HSN 7471-75 with complete control box and Goedhart air-cooled condenser type KOAL-SGBE253.
The ICS spiral freezer with the matching Bitzer/Goedhart freezing installation was put into operation by a local contractor under the supervision of Comron International in September 2020 with complete customer satisfaction.
