Description / remarks:
Used, in good condition: a complete Flo-Ice generator, consisting of the following main components: 2 standard self contained Flo-Ice units type SCU 4.30 W, each with a capacity of 13 ton slurry ice production per 24 hours (so a total of max. 26 ton), at an inlet temperature of salt water of -2°C. The Flo-Ice generators are fully stainless steel and equipped with 8 pcs. electronic expansion valves, 8 pcs. 0,55kW E-motor in IP55, stainless steel switch/control panel with PLC control, compressor package Sabroe SMC 106 and 2x sea water pumps Azcue each 14 m3. In order to give the Flo-Ice machines a capacity of ± 26 ton ice production the machine will be fed by a water chiller to cool down sea water from ± 20°C to -2°C; the chiller consists of the following main components: Sabroe 128 H-M screw package with Unisab II controller, Leroy Somer 90kW E-motor, shell & tube heat exchanger type RSWR, sea water resistant to cool the sea water, shell & tube water cooled condenser, stainless steel and sea water resistant.
