Used and in very well-maintained condition complete Bitzer/Güntner blast freeze installation with a freezing capacity of approx. 1,000 kg/h, depending on product dimensions, packaging, and weight.
This used blast freezer installation consists of the following main components:

• 3 frame-mounted Bitzer screw compressors, type HSN7451-60-40P, with ECO connection
• Bitzer oil separator, capacity 88 L
• Güntner air-cooled oil cooler
• Bitzer liquid receiver, 112 L
• Closed intercooler connected to the ECO ports of the compressors
• Complete control panel for the above installation
• Güntner air-cooled condenser
• 2 pieces Güntner vertical blast-freezing evaporator equipped with each 4 high-pressure fans and heavy-duty electric defrost elements

The mentioned cooling capacity is based on refrigerant R404A at –40 °C / +40 °C / ECO.
