New Sabroe SAB/Johnson Controls complete cool-/freeze explosion-proof screw compressor package consists of the following main components:

• 1x Sabroe/Johnson Controls screw compressor package, type 151S, equipped with: horizontal oil separator (OHU 06024), oil pump, glycol shell-and-plate heat exchanger/oil cooler (Vahterus PSHE 3HH-34/2/1), explosion-proof pressure and temperature sensors
• New Unisab III controller, explosion-proof WEG electric motor of 110 kW, designed for 690 V delta configuration (Δ).
• PED pressure certificates
• Complies with ATEX regulations

The mentioned cooling capacity of 225 kW is based on refrigerant Propylene (R1270) at an evaporating temperature of -5°C ECO and an approximate condensing temperature of +38°C, with a rotational speed of 2,950 RPM, resulting in a power consumption of 74.1 kW.
