Used Grasso/GEA freezing pump installation. This freezing pump installation, in very good condition, is assembled by Comron International and consists of the following main components:

• 1 × Grasso/GEA screw compressor package, type SSP1-VA-1A, including horizontal oil separator, oil pump, thermosiphon oil cooler type shell & tube, new Siemens S7 PLC/HMI Simatic touchscreen and software, WEG 355 kW E-motor 400/460 V 50/60 Hz, pressure gauge set L/H oil pressure, economizer connection.
• New low-pressure separator –40°C (surge drum) with a volume of 3 m³, equipped with 2 hermetic ammonia liquid pumps.
• New economizer vessel –10°C, 1.5 m³.
• High pressure liquid tank 1200 liters
• Custom-built control panel with new Siemens S7 PLC/Simatic touchscreen and frequency converter for the WEG 355 kW E-motor.
• Baltimore CXVE_244-1012-15L R – used evaporative condenser with 1245 kW capacity.
• All necessary valves, Danfoss PM valves, floats, and electronic controllers.

The stated cooling capacity of 405 kW is based on refrigerant R717/ammonia at –40°C / +35°C / ECO with an electric motor speed of 3600 RPM and 60 Hz.
