Used Grasso/GEA Frigo-Pack ammonia freezing pump system, type FPL 240, built inside an insulated steel container suitable for outdoor installation. The installation is in very good condition, has been regularly maintained, and has only approx. 4,555 running hours. The complete ammonia freezing system is fully assembled inside the insulated container and designed as a stand-alone industrial freezing installation.

Specifications of this used Frigo-Pack system:

• Compressor package: 1 pc. Grasso / GEA SP1-SB-3B screw compressor, equipped with a Leroy-Somer 200 kW electric motor, including a thermosiphon oil cooler, original control cabinet with starters, and a new Siemens PLC control system with HMI touchscreen.
• New low-pressure receiver, capacity 2 m³, equipped with 2 hermetic ammonia liquid pumps (supplied separately).
• Baltimore evaporative condenser, type VCL 140M (for warmer climates we supply larger condenser versions).
• Integrated ammonia detection system inside the container.
• Optional at extra cost: delivery with new frequency inverter and 250 kW electric motor.
• High-pressure liquid tank: Stanref Int., 800 litres.
• ECO tank: Stanref Int., 80 litres.

The compressor capacity At –40°C / +35°C (ECO, NH₃): 248 kW at 50 Hz and 298 kW at 60 Hz.
