Used single-sided suction cool/freeze evaporator, brand Thermofin type X-TON 063.-T-D-4-7-E for pump circulation and is equipped with:

4 pieces Ebm Papst EC fans 1140 RPM 0.985 kW controlled by 0-10V.
Air flow rate 36,000 m3/h.
Fin space 7mm.
Electric defrost in block and drip tray with a total power consumption of 24.7 kW.
Stainless steel block/coil AISI304-FIN aluminum.
