Used single-sided suction cool/freeze evaporator, brand Thermofin type X-TON063.T-D-4-7-E for pump circulation and is equipped with:

• 4 pieces Ebm Papst EC fans 1140 RPM 0.985 kW controlled by 0-10V.
• Air flow rate 36,000 m3/h.
• Fin space 7mm.
• Electric defrost in block and drip tray with a total power consumption of 24.7 kW.
• For NH³ use, defrosting hot gas in coil.
• Stainless steel block/coil AISI304-FIN aluminum.
• Coil volume 69.3L.

Mentioned cooling capacity of 50kW is with the refrigerant R717/Ammonia at an evaporation temperature of -30°C at an air inlet/outlet temperature of -21.5°C/-25°C. Maximum working pressure 40 bar, test pressure 58 bar. Evaporator comes with PED printing certificate.

Note:

Evaporator for NH³ freeze storage application comes with air pockets that shut off the fans during defrost cycle.
