Description / remarks:
Used Flow Freezer: brand Unidex, type TZF-2K with a freezing capacity based on green peas is approx.. 3.200 kg/h. This flow freezer is on very good condition, ideal for all vegetable and fruit products and it is equipped with the following main components: plastic loading belt, stainless steel infeed shaker, stainless steel two-stages belt system (pre-freezing section with a belt width of 128 cm and a belt length of 440 cm, after-freezing section with a belt width of 128 cm and a belt length of 585 cm), 6 pieces galvanized evaporators divided in 3 blocks with a total fluid content of 1.602 L, 5 pieces high-pressure ventilators, stainless steel switch box with frequency controllers for the power transmission. The belt was an installation with air dryer.
Furthermore, this flow freezer is equipped with extra blast freeze tunnel (stainless steel belt with a width of approx.12 m and a length of 128 cm) that runs in the room to use as belt freezer with a maximum capacity of 800 kg/h of products. The Unidex Flow Freezer operates as follows: two separate belts run into the tunnel in line after each other with a pre-freezing section where the products are slightly frozen on the outside, then the products go to the after-freeze section (2nd belt) where they are frozen up to the core temperature of approx. -18°C. Beside this system, there is a 3rd belt with a length of approx.. 12 m that can be used as belt freezer where larger fruit and vegetable products can be frozen at the same time.
Mentioned cooling capacity is at an evaporating temperature of -40°C with refrigerant R717 (ammonia). Flow freezer will be delivered without panels/housing and isolated floor (if desired this can be provided by our company). The flow freezer will be completely checked by Comron International after sale in case of mechanical/electrical defects. The gearboxes will be supplied with new oil, the evaporator blocks will be tested on nitrogen pressure and the flow freezer will be delivered with a 3 months guarantee on the main components.
