Description / remarks: Used and in condition as new: Frigoscandia flow freezer type FFS2RADF, order nr. Frigoscandia 1160234, with a freeze capacity of 2000kg/h based on mozzarella cheese (we can also calculate this for you for another type of product). This flow freezer is in condition as new and very suitable for all vegetables and fruit products, cheese products, French fries, shrimps, etc.. This Frigoscandia flow freezer is equipped with the following main components: housing/panels on the inside and the outside are completely made of stainless steel, stainless steel infeed shaker, stainless steel platform with stainless steel ladder, plastic two-stage belt system (patented by Frigoscandia) which works as follows: two separate plastic belts run into the tunnel in line after each other with a pre-freeze section where the products are slightly frozen on the outside, then the products run to the after-freeze section(2nd belt) where the products are frozen into the core up to a minimum temperature of -18°C. This flow freezer is further equipped with met ADF (automatic defrost system for a longer continuous blast freeze process, max. 22 hour production), 2 pieces stainless steel coolers, 2 pieces stainless steel low volume tank for more efficient freeze evaporators and low ammonia volume, air pulsating system, stainless steel switch-board with PLC/touch screen. Note: This flow freezer specially produced / designed for a customer for freezing of cheese products that has used 2 pieces in completely stainless steel evaporator blocks with a maximum cooling capacity of 245kW at an evaporation temperature -40°C. If desired, Comron International can delivery it with new additional evaporator blocks and these would be placed on top of the existing stainless steel blocks (Booster) to achieve a cooling capacity of 400kW at an evaporation temperature -40 ° C, which achieves a production capacity of 3500kg/h based on green peas.
