Industrial used ammonia Frick falling film ice water installation of 1700kW
Delivery of a complete industrial used ammonia ice water installation of 1700kW. The complete industrial ammonia ice water installation consists of the following main components: 2 pieces Frick TDSH 193L screw compressors (completely overhauled by Comron) with a 250kW ABB E-motor each and both frequency controlled, 6 m3 low pressure separator equipped with two Witt ammonia pumps, high pressure tank 1,5 m3, Baltimore VXC620 evaporative condenser. For the oil coolers of the Frick compressors an open cooling Baltimore VXT75R was selected. The complete cooling installation is connected to 3 Omega falling film ice water makers, new electric switch-box with Siemens S7 controller with touch screen and frequency controllers. Design and engineering was done completely by Comron in such a way that the customer could easily install the industrial cooling installation under supervision of Comron International.
