Used, complete Heinen and GEA Eurotek spiral freezers with matching ammonia freeze-pump installations
By the end of 2012 Comron got the order from an Egyptian factory of meat products to deliver a completely stainless steel GEA Eurotek twin spiral freezer with matching Grasso ammonia freeze-pump installation of 360kW at -40°C evaporating temperature and also an order to deliver a completely stainless steel Heinen spiral freezer with matching Grasso ammonia freeze-pump installation of 240kW at -40°C evaporating temperature. To avoid production loss in the factory the customer and Comron decided to dismantle one of the old spiral freezers in the first phase of the project and to build up the Heinen spiral freezer and to connect it the big Grasso screw package of 360kW. In April 2013 this installation was taken into production and the Eurotek spiral freezer can be build up and will be connected to the Grasso installation of 360kW later this year. The Heinen spiral freezer will be connected at the same time to the Grasso screw package of 240kW. Comron did the complete engineering, the two spiral freezers were built up completely in our factory and overhauled and the installation is provided with new P&ID and electric wire diagrams. The installation is developed in such a way that the customer could easily install the used industrial refrigeration installation and both two spiral freezers under supervision of Comron.
