Used, Sabroe FrigoPak NH3 freeze-pump installation
At the end of 2012 Comron International got the order from the major chicken slaughterhouse in Zambia to deliver a York S Supertrak spiral freezer with a freeze capacity of approx. 2500kg/h with a matching Sabroe FrigoPak NH3 freeze-pump installation (freeze capacity of approx.ca. 340kW bij -40°C), equipped with two Sabroe 163 screw compressor, a Sabroe CMO38 weekend compressor, a cold room and blast freezer, a falling film ice water installation for the spinchiller with a NH3 Bitzer screw package (3x OSKA7461K) pump circulation system coupled to the room cooling of the factory with a cooling capacity of 400kW at -10°C. The spiral freezer was built up completely at Comron and overhauled. The installation were delivered with new electric wire diagrams and P&ID and was designed in such a way that the customer could easily install the industrial cooling/freeze installations with a local contractor under supervision of Comron. The complete installation was taken into production in December 2013.
