Used, complete Frigoscandia spiral freezer with R507 Bitzer freeze-pump installation
At the end of 2013 Comron International got the order from a manufacturer of food products, who is active in the field of pancakes and “poffertjes” (tiny pancakes), to deliver an Frigoscandia spiral freezer with matching Bitzer freeze-pump installation (built in a container). The Frigoscandia spiral freezer type GyroCompact GCP42-04-49-09-NN-ADF, with a freeze capacity of about 1000kg/h is checked completely on defaults at Comron in the factory and provided with new oil for the drive unit. The matching R507 freeze-pump installation with a capacity of 120kW at -40°C is built in a container and equipped with 3x Bitzer open OSN7461 screw compressors, surge drum -40°C with 2 Hermetic liquid pumps, switch-board with a new PLC with touch screen programmed by Comron and a Goedhart air-cooled condenser. The installation is provided by Comron with new electric wire diagrams and P&ID. The installation was designed in such a way that the local contractor could easily install the semi-industrial refrigeration installation and spiral freezer under supervision of Comron. The installation was taken into production at the beginning of 2014.
