Used Spiral Freezer: brand Frigoscandia/JBT GYRoCOMPACT type M-106-08-32-60 (+20) -NS-CCR-SD-FD. This in excellent condition spiral freezer (always maintained by Frigoscanida/JBT) has been designed for a production capacity of approx. 5.000 kg/h based on freezing potato products from an infeed temperature of +60°C to a core temperature of -18°C. With this spiral freezer, it is possible to reach a maximum freezing capacity of 7.000kg/h with an inlet temperature of +10°C, which depends on the product datas. Specifications of this used spiral freezer:
- Infeed / outfeed: North / South
- Direction of rotation of the belt: counter clockwise
- Gross/net belt width: 1060mm/1004mm
- Maximum product height 65mm
- Number of tiers: 31 (17,5m2 per tire = 542,5m2 total belt surface), belt length 635,5m
- 8 pieces galvanized freeze evaporators, each volume 490L and surface 8400m², complete with hot gas stations, brand Danfoss and 4 pieces evaporator ventilators.
The evaporator / evaporator blocks are designed to be frozen continuously 24 hours a day for at least a week during a very long production period. This is related to the installation of an extra evaporator block (sequence defrosting).
- Stainless steel switch box with all necessary frequency controllers, relays and Siemens S7 PLC / Simatic touchscreen control (separate Siemens touchscreen built in a small stainless steel housing, that is placed on the front of the spiral freezer)
- CIP cleaning system, brand JBT
- Original books and the drawings in AutoCad for the housing and floor
Spiral freezer will be delivered without panels/housing and isolated floor (if desired, this can be also arranged by Comron International BV).
The spiral freezer will be completely checked by Comron International after sale in case of mechanical/electrical defects. The gearboxes will be supplied with new oil, the evaporator blocks will be tested on nitrogen pressure and the spiral freezer will be delivered with a 3 months guarantee on the main components.
