Used Twin Spiral Cooler/Freezer: brand CES type 2017. This, in very good condition twin spiral cooler/freezer has been delivered by the company Dohmeyer in the year 2011. In 2017, this twin spiral cooler/freezer has been completely overhauled by the company CES, equipped with new operating systems (Siemens S7 / Simatic touchscreen) and a new Bitzer CO₂ – transcritical DX cooling/freezing system, built in a low noise container. Maximal production capacity is approx. 1.500 kg/h depending on the product data. Specifications of this used twin spiral cooler/freezer:

• At an additional charge 2 Goedhart/Kelvion cold storage evaporators with a total capacity of 36kW at evaporation temperature of -30°C with CO2 refrigerant, suitable for a cold store of approx. 2000m3 and connected to the Bitzer CO2installation.

   

Cooling capacity of 208 kW with the refrigerant R744/CO₂ at an evaporating temperature of -40°C. Cooling capacity at an evaporating temperature of -10°C is 153 kW.

This twin spiral cooler/freezer will be delivered without panels/floor/housing (if desired, this can be also arranged by Comron International BV)

The spiral cooler/freezer will be completely checked by Comron International after sale in case of mechanical/electrical defects. The gearboxes will be supplied with new oil, the evaporator blocks will be tested on nitrogen pressure and the spiral freezer will be delivered with a 3 months guarantee on the main components.
