This Impingement/Injection Freezer is a cost-effective alternative to cryogenic freezing for products like hamburgers, cooked shrimps, fish fillets, bakery/bread products, ready meals and so much more. Capacity of this used Impingement Freezer is approx. 1500 kg/h based on hamburgers with an infeed temperature of ± 5°C. This Impingement Freezer (patented by Frigoscandia JBT) is in very good condition and has the advantage that with their limited dimensions it has a fast and efficient freezing capacity. This Frigoscandia Advantec Impingement Freezer will be completely checked by Comron International after sale in case of mechanical/electrical defects.
