Used Flow Freezer: brand Octofrost type 5/2 with a freezing capacity based on green peas is approx. 3.300kg/h. This flow freezer is in a new condition with less working hours is very suitable for freezing all kinds of fruit and vegetables products, cheese products, French fries, shrimps etc.

Flow freezer is equipped with the following main components:

• Goedhart/Kelvion stainless steel / seaworthy aluminium evaporator coil suitable for NH3/R717 and CO²/R744 pump circulation. Duty/capacity with NH3 -40°C / 347 kW and with CO² -42°C / 327 kW.
• 5 pieces high pressure ventilator each 11kW with frequency controllers.
• Automatic defrosting system, ADF for longer continuous freezing process, max. 22 hours production
• Automatic CIP cleaning system
• Switch box with Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI touchscreen display with graphic overview.
• All original books and pressure certificates.
• At extra costs we can also supply a complete NH3/CO2 freeze installation.

The Flow Freezer will be completely checked by Comron International after sale in case of mechanical/electrical defects. The gearboxes will be supplied with new oil, the evaporator blocks will be tested on nitrogen pressure and delivered on 2 bar nitrogen pressure.

The Pre-owned Flow freezer will be delivered with 3 months guarantee on the main components.
