Used Jackstone 32 stations vertical plate freezers.

These vertical plate freezers in very good condition (each only 3 months per year in production for freezing fish products) have a freezing capacity of approx. 586kg fish / hour from +10°C to -18°C in the core of the product.

Specifications of the Jackstone vertical plate freezer:

• Cooling capacity per plate freezer with NH³ liquid is approx.73kW at a temperature of -40°C.
• Freezing time/cycle per plate freezer for whole fish is approx. 130min + 30 minutes for loading and unloading = 160 min per cycle
• Freezing capacity per plate freezer is approx. 586 kg/h.
• Hydraulic set available when purchasing more than 15 pieces of plate freezers.
• Hot gas defrost set with choice of manual or automatic.

The  Jackstone Vertical Plate Freezers will be completely checked by Comron International after sale in case of mechanical/pneumatic defects. The evaporator blocks will be tested on nitrogen pressure and will be delivered with 2 bar nitrogen pressure and with 3 months guarantee.
