• 2 Pieces Grasso/GEA screw package, each consist of two pieces Grasso/GEA screw compressors, type M-1 (DUO), 2 pieces 160 kW Schorch E-motors, vertical oil separator with water cooled or thermosiphon oil cooler, oil pump, eco connection on the compressors, control cabinet with the starters relays and PLC
• New low pressure separator -40°C (Surge-Drum) volume 3m³ with 2 pieces ammonia liquid pumps
• New eco vessel -10°C
• Custom made switch-board cabinet with new Siemens S7 PLC/Simatic touchscreen
• Custom made software for control the whole system
• Baltimore/Evapco evaporating condenser of your choice
• All required valves, Danfoss PM valves, floaters, electronic controllers
• E-diagrams, P&ID drawings
• All pressure certificates and drawings for the vessels
• For an additional charge we can provide the installation with 4 frequency controllers for control the speed of the compressors

The mentioned cooling capacity of 520 kW is with refrigerant R717/ammonia at -40°C/+35°C and the capacity with 60Hz 3600 rpm will be 620 kW.
