Used and in condition as new (only 1 year in production) complete Bitzer 2-stage freeze-pump installation built on a steel frame and consists of the following main components:

• 3 pieces low pressure (booster) screw compressors open type OSKAB 7471 with each a 30kW E-motor
• 2 pieces high pressure screw compressors open type OSKA 7451 with each a 55kW E-motor
• 2 x oil separator 881 Ltr for the low and high pressure side
• Water cooled oil cooler type plate heat exchanger brand Alfa Laval coupled to an air-cooled Güntner dry cooler type GFH 0678/2N
• Horizontal low pressure separator 640 Ltr -40°C with 2 pieces Hermetic Cam 1/3 NH3 liquid pumps (combined with the intermediate pressure separator)
• Horizontal intermediate pressure separator 640Ltr -6°C coupled to a plate cooler/ heat exchanger for natural circulation, ± 130kW to be used for glycol cooling if necessary (combined with the low pressure separator)
• Air-cooled condenser or evaporating condenser at choice
• Custom made control box with new Siemens PLC/Simatic touchscreen
• All necessary certificates for PED
• Cool technical and electrical drawings
• Custom made Software
