Used DSI 42 stations vertical plate freezer.

This in very good condition vertical plate freezer type DS-V3-42/50 has a freezing capacity of about 300/500kg of fish/hour from +10°C to -18°C in the core of the product.

Specifications of the DSI vertical plate freezer:

• Cooling capacity per plate freezer with NH³ liquid at a temperature of -40°C is ca.50kW.
• Freezing time/cycle per plate freezer for whole fish is approx. 130min + 30 minutes for loading and unloading = 160 min per cycle.
• Freezing capacity per plate freezer is between 300 to 500 kg/h depending on product type and infeed temperature.
