Used spiral freezer brand Starfrost type 85-22-RR-21-5. This spiral freezer has a production capacity of approx. 1,000 kg/h for pancakes with an input temperature of +10°C. The freezing capacity depends on the type of product and input temperature. Specifications of this used spiral freezer is:

• Complete Bitzer two-stage piston freezing installation built on 2 steel frames with 4pcs Bitzer piston compressors type S6G-25.2Y-40P, liquid subcooling set, oil separator, liquid tank, air-cooled condenser, control box with Danfoss control, refrigerant R449a /R507A.

This spiral freezer is supplied without panels and casing (if desired, this can be provided by our company).

After sale at Comron International, the Starfrost spiral freezer will be fully checked for defects both mechanical/electrical, drive technology provided with new oil, evaporators and refrigeration system are delivered under 2 bar nitrogen pressure. 

The spiral freezer will be delivered with a 3-month warranty on the main components.
