This compressor package is built around the Howden WRVi 255 screw compressor series with large swept volumes. This new NH3 compressor package consists of the following main components:

• Comron Industrial Refrigeration S.L. advanced horizontal three-stage oil separator, with an oil carryover of less than 3 ppm and a capacity of 1,420 litres. Maximum working pressure: 20 bar; test pressure (PT): 29 bar; design temperature: -10°C / +100°C.
• HS thermosiphon oil cooler.
• Edur oil pump.
• 315 kW electric motor, with motor ratings up to 550 kW available within this series. The electric motors are supplied under the Comron Industrial Refrigeration S.L. brand and are high-efficiency IE3 motors, equipped with SKF insulated bearings and suitable for variable frequency drive (VFD) operation. Designed for reliable continuous operation and stable power transmission.
• Control panel with Siemens S7 PLC and HMI touchscreen, featuring a graphical user interface and custom-made software for the operation, monitoring and control of the complete compressor package.
• PED pressure certification for the European market.
